Nutrition Consultation Service Terms and Conditions
1. Nature of the Consultation Service
- The Healthy Bytes AI platform provides remote nutrition consultation booking services.
- The platform's role is limited to organization, coordination, and electronic payment.
2. No Guarantee of Results
The client acknowledges that consultation results vary from person to person, and the platform does not guarantee achieving specific results. Implementation of recommendations is the client's personal responsibility.
3. Consultation Booking and Payment
- Consultation fees are paid in advance through the app.
- Booking is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed.
- Prices and packages are set by the specialist.
4. Client No-show
In the event that the client does not attend the scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, the consultation is considered fully completed, and the client has no right to claim a refund.
5. Client Cancellation
- The client may cancel the consultation at least 48 hours before the appointment.
- If cancelled after this period, the client has no right to a refund.
6. Specialist Cancellation or Rescheduling
If the specialist is unable to attend, the appointment will be rescheduled without any additional charges to the client.
7. Packages
- After the first session begins, the paid amount cannot be refunded in full or in part.
- Not using the package within its validity period does not entitle the client to compensation or extension.
8. Follow-up and Communication
- Communication is exclusively conducted within the app.
- Exchanging personal contact information or providing consultations outside the platform is prohibited.
9. Client Data and Privacy
- Client data is not shared with the specialist until after the client's consent and booking confirmation.
- The specialist is committed to maintaining data confidentiality.
- The platform reserves the right to review consultation content for quality purposes.
10. Ratings and Complaints
- The client has the right to rate the consultation after it ends.
- Ratings are used to improve service quality.
- The platform reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of proven violations.
Content Management and In-App Conduct
We reserve the right to review, delete, or modify any comment, post, or message published within the app if it contains offensive or inappropriate content. We also reserve the right to take appropriate actions including restricting or suspending the user's account.

We do not provide any warranties regarding content (including user content), including its accuracy, reliability, or completeness. Services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
