Use of Images for Model Training
By using the app, you agree that any photo you take or upload through the app may be used, after removing any identifying or personal information, for the purposes of training and improving our AI models and developing app features. We are committed to not sharing these images with any third party outside the scope of the purposes described above, and to protecting your privacy in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.
Children's Privacy
- Age restriction: our service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13.
- Children's data collection: we do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of 13.
- Parental responsibility: if you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
- Corrective action: if we discover that we have collected personal data from someone under 13 without parental consent, we will take the necessary steps to remove that information from our servers.

Allergen information: we do not store any information about allergens or triggers.
The Healthy Bytes app uses third-party advertising services (Google AdMob) to display ads within the app. Advertising services may collect device identification information and usage data for the purpose of serving personalized or non-personalized ads. Some of this information may be shared with advertising partners.
